Austrian police believe a 73-year-old man held his daughter captive in his cellar for the past two decades and fathered at least six children with her, according to police and state-run news reports Sunday.

GENEVA - The United Nations say an exceptionally high locust infestation expected this year in Tajikistan could threaten the east European nation’s food supply. The U.N. Food and Agriculture Organization says urgent action must be taken to prevent a humanitarian catastrophe. The U.N. The state-run media in Canada (and the citizen-owned media who do their best to compete with them) all lament, daily (with intra-day lament updates, all day long), the price of a barrel of oil, and the resulting price of gas.
