In a growing trend of acquisitions, India's Sterlite agrees to buy US based Asarco for $2.6 billion. This is the 100 th publicly traded US company acquired by an Indian company since 2006.This is just the beginning, Indians are coming to buy corporate America, and the trend is juts starting. The news is not good for US labor.
