Clear skies: Flights back on schedule after glitch

Air traffic appears to be back to normal in Rhode Island and Boston, a day after a communication failure at a Georgia facility caused delays throughout the country. The facility that processed flight plans for the eastern half of the country was having problems, but there were no safety issues, according to FAA spokeswoman Kathleen Bergen. This morning, arriving and departing flights are running on schedule at T. F. Green Airport in Warwick. The same seems true at Logan Airport in Boston.
